Store Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations. Provide leadership coverage and manage up to four shifts weekly when team leaders are offsite. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security while performing back office tasks like updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Act as a team member during non-manager hours and assist in recruiting, onboarding, and team development. Communicate opportunities for community engagement or store performance improvements to leadership. Perform physical tasks including nail trims and operating equipment such as a forklift. Requires a high school diploma, two years of retail experience, Microsoft Office proficiency, and ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
