Store Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations. Provide leadership coverage and manage management functions up to four times a week when team leaders are offsite. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security while assisting neighbors with product selection and service. Learn and perform back office procedures such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Participate in store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development. Act as a team member when not serving as manager-on-duty and perform nail trims on animals. Work flexible schedules with reliable transportation, pass drug screening, and maintain a high school diploma or GED.
