Store Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to learn and reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations. Provide leadership coverage and manage store functions four times a week when team leaders are offsite. Assist neighbors with product selection, animal care, and store operations while adhering to cleanliness, safety, and security policies. Perform back office tasks such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Participate in recruiting, onboarding, and team member development. Act as a team member when not serving as manager-on-duty and perform nail trims on animals. Requires high school diploma, two years of retail experience, forklift operation, and ability to lift 50 pounds. Full-time role with competitive hourly pay.
