Store Shift Supervisor

Lead store operations by partnering with team leaders to reinforce daily management routines and standards. Provide leadership coverage and cover management functions up to four times a week when team leaders are offsite. Assist customers with product selection, animal care, and safety protocols while adhering to operational policies. Perform back office tasks such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Support store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development. Communicate opportunities to improve community engagement or store performance to leadership. Act as a team member when not on management duties and perform nail trims on animals. Requires high school diploma, 2+ years of retail experience, forklift operation, and ability to lift 50 pounds.
