Store Shift Supervisor

Lead store operations by partnering with team leaders to reinforce daily management routines and standards. Provide leadership coverage and manage functions up to four times a week when managers are offsite. Assist neighbors with product selection, animal care, and community engagement while adhering to operational policies for cleanliness, safety, and security. Perform back office tasks like updating price changes and imputing records, and support recruiting and onboarding efforts. Act as a team member during shifts and handle duties such as nail trims. Requires high school diploma, two years of retail experience, forklift operation, and flexibility for varying schedules.
