Job Summary
Conduct daily operational procedures and cover management functions up to four times a week when team leaders are offsite. Partner with store team leaders to reinforce standards, assist in recruiting and onboarding, and learn back office tasks like updating price changes. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, and safety while performing duties such as nail trims for pets. Operate all equipment including a forklift, climb ladders, and lift up to 50 pounds. Work flexible schedules with a high school diploma, 2+ years of retail experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Required Qualifications
- A high school diploma or GED
- 2+ years of retail experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong sales and customer service skills
- Ability to operate all equipment, including a forklift
- Ability to climb ladders, bend, kneel, and lift up to 50 pounds
- Ability to work flexible schedules
- Have reliable transportation
- Must pass the drug screening (where allowed by law)
- Be 18 years or older
