Store Shift Supervisor

Lead store operations by partnering with team leaders to reinforce daily management routines and standards. Provide leadership coverage and manage up to four shifts weekly when managers are offsite. Assist customers with product selection, animal care, and safety protocols while performing back office tasks like updating prices and cashier records. Engage in recruiting, onboarding, and team development. Act as a team member during busy periods and perform services such as nail trims.
