Store Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures, performance expectations, and PSP standards. Provide leadership coverage and manage management functions up to four times a week when team leaders are offsite. Adhere to operational policies for cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security while assisting neighbors with product selection and store activities. Learn and perform back office procedures such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Engage in store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development, and communicate opportunities for community engagement or store performance improvement to leaders. Act as a team member when needed and perform tasks like nail trims. Requires a high school diploma, two years of retail experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
