Store Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and performance expectations while providing leadership coverage and managing up to four management functions weekly. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security, and learn back office procedures such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Act as a team member during leader absences, assist in recruiting and onboarding, and communicate opportunities for community engagement or store performance improvement. Perform tasks including nail trims for pets and operate equipment like forklifts. Requires high school diploma, two years of retail experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office. Flexible schedules, reliable transportation, drug screening, and age 18 or older are mandatory.
