Store Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and management routines. Provide leadership coverage and assume management functions up to four times a week when team leaders are offsite. Adhere to operational policies regarding cleanliness, animal care, safety, and security while acting as a team member during non-manager duties. Learn and perform back office procedures such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records. Support store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development by communicating opportunities for community engagement or performance improvement. Perform tasks including nail trims for pets and operate equipment like forklifts. Requires a high school diploma, two years of retail experience, and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
