Store Shift Supervisor

Partner with store team leaders to reinforce daily operational procedures and management routines while providing leadership coverage and covering management functions up to four times a week. Assist neighbors with product selection, animal care, and store operations, including performing nail trims and operating equipment like a forklift. Learn and perform back office procedures such as updating price changes and imputing cashier records to comply with standards. Engage in store recruiting, onboarding, and team member development while communicating opportunities for community engagement and store performance improvement. Requires a high school diploma, two years of retail experience, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
