Store Shift Supervisor

Store Shift Supervisor is responsible for store operations during the assigned shift, assisting management to ensure efficient operation including sales, merchandising, pricing, maintenance of displays, and related paperwork. Responsibilities include supervising store personnel, arranging store windows and displays, selling merchandise and providing customer service, resolving customer complaints per policy, maintaining a clean and safe store, ensuring supplies, following safety procedures, compliance with company policies and paperwork, receiving merchandise from warehouse/vendors, handling cash register transactions, deposits, and performing administrative duties. Participates in training and may pursue an internal career path such as Assistant Manager or Store Manager. Education requirement: High School Diploma or equivalent; minimum one year retail experience; reliable transportation; ability to pass background or drug screenings; ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
