Store Shift Supervisor

Oversee store operations during the assigned shift, supervise store personnel, arrange displays and promotional activities, sell merchandise and provide customer service, resolve customer complaints per policy, maintain a clean and organized store, ensure safety and compliance, handle merchandise receipts from warehouse/vendors, ring sales and process deposits, perform administrative duties, manage donations, participate in training, and pursue potential career paths such as Assistant Manager, Store Manager, or Director of Retail.
