Job Summary
Supervise store operations during assigned shifts, including sales, merchandising, pricing, and display maintenance. Assist store personnel with window arrangements, promotional activities, and customer service while resolving complaints per HGI policy. Maintain premises, verify incoming merchandise, and process cash register sales, reconciliations, and deposits. Ensure compliance with safety procedures, company policies, and accurate paperwork completion for opening, closing, and markdowns. Handle administrative duties, receive donations, and participate in required training. Perform all other duties as assigned. This role offers a path to Assistant Manager, Store Manager, and higher retail leadership positions.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or equivalent
- At least one-year retail experience
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass pre-screenings such as background or drug screenings
- Ability to lift, push, and pull up to fifty (50) lbs., with or without assistance
