Job Summary
Lead the store during the Store Manager's absence by delivering fast, friendly service, keeping fresh food stocked, and ensuring high-quality operations. Cross-train across deli, café, bakery, and cashier roles to maintain smooth daily movement, while preparing food, handling transactions, and adhering to safety, sanitation, and loss prevention standards. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized environment inside, outside, and behind the scenes to support the team in hitting daily goals and communicating with leadership. Ensure all tasks are completed accurately while embodying core principles of Integrity, Respect, Citizenship, and Spirit. Work 4-to-8-hour shifts, 1 to 5 times per week, with on-call rotation and overtime eligibility.
Required Qualifications
- Demonstrated ability to lead, support, and communicate effectively with team members in a fast-paced retail or food service environment
- Strong customer-first mindset supported by positive attitude and interpersonal skills
- Proven reliability and accountability with consistent attendance
- Solid problem-solving ability with attention to detail, plus basic computer, math, and analytical skills
- Self-motivated with the ability to learn quickly, complete training, and consistently align with company values
- Prior shift leadership or supervisory experience preferred
