Job Summary
Store Service Manager based in Magnet showrooms, leading a fast-paced, sales-driven team to drive sales and deliver outstanding customer service. Lead and coach colleagues, support change initiatives and ongoing projects, manage training and development throughout the customer journey, collaborate with customers and regional partners, and uphold high standards of service from showroom through installation and after-care to ensure a 5-star experience. You’ll create a positive, collaborative environment, stay ahead of market trends, and leverage cost efficiencies and process improvements to support growth and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- Customer service and a personable manner
- The ability to demonstrate great leadership skills in order to manage and develop the team to their full potential
- Sales motivated and confident working towards targets
- Experience with building great working relationships across teams
- Being proactive around the market trends and competitors
- Flexibility around working hours
- A full driving license
