Job Summary
Store Schematics Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market responsible for scheduling, coordinating, and executing store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins) while ensuring schematic compliance and accuracy. Acts as primary schematics contact for store leadership and collaborates with Scan Coordinators and Department Managers to place new items correctly, obtain sign-off on completed work, and provide feedback to the Schematic Support Office. Requires strong analytical and organizational skills, proficiency with Microsoft Office, ability to read schematics and price tags, attention to display standards, and physical ability to lift up to 17 lbs and perform movement and standing tasks across shifts.
Required Qualifications
- high school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training
- ability to read schematics and price tags
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- excellent mathematical skills
- proficient with Microsoft Office
- outgoing and customer-friendly demeanor
- ability to work varied hours/days
- physical ability to lift up to 17 lbs, navigate stairs/ladder, and perform multi-mile walking
- ability to perform repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting
