Store Schematics Coordinator

Job Summary
Conduct weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities for Non-Perishable Departments including Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, and Vitamins. Coordinate and execute store projects while ensuring categories are set according to schematics for the Store Manager, Assistant Store Manager, Scan Coordinator, and Department Managers. Provide timely feedback to the Support Office regarding any issues or discrepancies and obtain sign-off from store leadership to signify work completion. Read schematics and price tags, hang signs, and use a step ladder to access points up to 6 inches from the ground. Perform repetitive crouching, kneeling, and squatting to transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs. over distances up to 8 feet. Complete these tasks while adhering to internal policies and procedures, with a requirement to work varied hours as business dictates.
Required Qualifications
- At least 18 years of age
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training
- Acceptable combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Excellent mathematical skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude
- Ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Ability to read schematics and price tags
- Ability to properly hang price tags and signs
- Good vision
- Ability to staple
- Ability to scan
- Ability to use a computer to activate new schematics
- Ability to use a step ladder
- Ability to vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs.
- Ability to transfer boxes from 1" to 34"
- Ability to transfer boxes up to a distance of 8 feet
- Ability to work up to 1 hour transferring boxes
- Ability to walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours
- Ability to conduct repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting
- Ability to access a point 6 inches from the ground
- Ability to work crouching/kneeling/squatting for up to 50 hours
