Job Summary
Store Schematics Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market ensuring accuracy of Non-Perishable schematics, executing weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities, and maintaining merchandising integrity. Serves as primary schematics contact for store leadership, coordinates resets for Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, and Vitamins, ensures items are placed per schematics, secures sign-offs from store leadership, and provides feedback to the Support Office. Requires reading schematics, price-tag reading/hanging, proficiency with Microsoft Office, strong analytical and organizational skills, ability to lift up to 17 lbs, and ability to work varied hours. Focuses on customer experience through compliant category setup and collaboration with Scan Coordinators, Dept Managers, and Assistant Store Manager. Pays $18.55-$27.75/hour with comprehensive benefits; located in Hartsdale, NY.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 months related experience and/or training or acceptable combination of education and experience
- Strong analytical and organizational skills
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Ability to read schematics and price tags; ability to hang price tags and signs
- Ability to lift up to 17 lbs. and walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours
- Ability to crouch/kneel/squat for extended periods
- Outgoing, friendly demeanor with customer interaction skills
- Ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
