Job Summary
Store Schematics Coordinator at Sprouts Farmers Market responsible for scheduling, coordination, and execution of store resets and projects for Non-Perishable Depts (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins). Maintains schematic integrity, communicates changes to Store Manager/Assistant Store Manager/Dept Managers, ensures items are placed per schematics, completes weekly Reset/STS activities, ensures compliance with internal policies, obtains sign-off from management, and provides feedback to Support Office Schematic Department.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- high school diploma or equivalent and 1-3 months related experience and/or training; or acceptable combination of education and experience
- strong analytical and organizational skills
- excellent mathematical skills and working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude and ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- ability to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- read schematics and price tags and properly hang price tags and signs; good vision to read and set schematics; able to staple, scan and use a computer to activate new schematics; able to use a step ladder
- physical ability to lift up to 17 lbs., walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours, crouching/kneeling/squatting up to 50 hours
