Job Summary
Conduct weekly resets and speed-to-shelf activities for Non-Perishable Departments (Dairy, Frozen, Grocery, HBA, Vitamins) to maintain schematic integrity. Coordinate and execute store projects while ensuring categories are set according to guidelines. Work with Scan Coordinators, Department Managers, and Store Managers to verify new items are correctly placed and obtain sign-off on completed work. Provide timely feedback to the Support Office regarding any discrepancies. Complete all Reset/STS activities as directed and ensure execution aligns with internal policies. Read schematics and price tags, hang signs, and use a step ladder to access lower shelves. Transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs. and walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours. Perform repetitive crouching and squatting to access points 6 inches from the ground.
Required Qualifications
- Be at least 18 years of age
- Have a high school diploma or equivalent
- Have 1-3 months related experience and/or training
- Have an acceptable combination of education and experience
- Have strong analytical and organizational skills
- Possess excellent mathematical skills
- Have a working knowledge of Microsoft Office
- Have an outgoing, friendly behavior with a positive attitude
- Have the ability to interact with customers, employees, and vendors
- Be able to work varied hours/days as business dictates
- Be able to read schematics and price tags
- Be able to properly hang price tags and signs
- Have good vision
- Be able to staple
- Be able to scan
- Be able to use a computer to activate new schematics
- Be able to use a step ladder
- Be able to vertically/horizontally transfer boxes weighing up to 17 lbs.
- Be able to transfer boxes from 1" to 34" up to a distance of 8 feet
- Be able to work up to 1 hour transferring boxes
- Be able to walk up to 4 miles per 8 hours
- Be able to conduct repetitive crouching/kneeling/squatting to access a point 6 inches from the ground
- Be able to work crouching/kneeling/squatting for up to 50 hours
