Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 1-3 years of retail experience
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in a retail setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and ability to coach/lead a team
- Experience resolving customer issues and training teammates
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Physical ability to walk/stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
