Job Summary
Support store operations and help grow our brand by delivering a best-in-class service culture for adult beverages and more. Lead and train store team members, oversee merchandising and front-end operations, drive sales and key performance metrics, and ensure compliance with alcohol laws. Foster a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere, resolve customer issues, and maintain safety and cleanliness standards. The role emphasizes supervising, coaching peers, and maintaining a flexible schedule (including evenings and weekends) with a hands-on approach to service, product knowledge, and teamwork.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in a retail setting
- Strong interpersonal skills and a team player mindset
- Experience resolving customer issues and coaching peers
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
- Must be 21 years of age or older
- Physical ability to walk, stand, lift, and perform store duties as described
