Job Summary
Supervise and train store team to support service and front-end operations at Total Wine & More’s new Lakewood store. Lead by example to deliver best-in-class customer service, drive sales, and achieve key performance metrics while ensuring compliance with alcohol regulations and safety standards. Oversee merchandising, coaching, and ongoing development of staff, manage operations and training related to POS and inventory systems, and handle customer issues with a welcoming, knowledgeable store atmosphere. Must be able to work a flexible schedule including evenings and weekends; physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and standing 8–10 hours. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- 1-3 years of experience
- 1+ year of supervisory experience in retail
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Experience resolving customer issues
- Familiarity with POS systems and inventory management software
- Ability to work evenings and weekends
- 21 years of age or older
- Physical ability to lift 50 lbs
- Walk and stand for long periods
