Job Summary
Own your territory as the face of Hillman in stores by traveling between multiple locations, executing plan-o-grams, and maintaining sharp displays. Stock, order, and organize product to ensure optimal inventory levels while performing display resets, assembling fixtures, and resolving in-store issues quickly. Build strong relationships with store associates and managers, then complete service reports, surveys, and photo documentation. This hands-on role offers $18–20/hour with a company car, flexible schedule, and full benefits. Occasional overnight travel is possible, and you'll need a valid driver's license and ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- Valid driver's license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to occasionally lift up to 50 lbs
- Willingness to travel between stores (occasional overnight stays possible)
- Intermediate knowledge of Word, Excel, and Windows
- Ability to read and execute plan-o-grams
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Comfortable working independently and managing your schedule
- Strong communication and customer relationship skills
Desired Qualifications
- Retail, merchandising, or field service experience (preferred)
