Job Summary
Provides merchandising services and on-site customer support across multiple store locations; travels between stores to service the territory according to the schedule; ensures displays are set to plan-o-grams, assesses inventory levels, places customer orders, down-stocks product, removes defective product, places POP materials, and repairs displays and equipment; conducts store surveys, takes photos of displays, and maintains required records; may supervise temporary or support personnel during store resets; requires ability to travel; proficient in reading and executing plan-o-grams and using Word, Excel, and Windows; 40-hour workweeks with hourly pay based on experience (approximately $18-$19/hour); car allowance and corporate gas card provided; benefits include health, dental, vision, PTO, holidays, retirement plans, tuition reimbursement, and more.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years field service or merchandising experience preferred
- Able to read & execute store plan-o-grams
- Ability to travel regularly to store locations, occasional overnight stays
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds
