Store Sales Representative

Merchandising and on-site customer support across the Wausau, WI territory. Responsibilities include ensuring displays are set to plan-o-grams, maintaining inventory levels, placing customer orders, down-stocking products, removing defective product, placing POP materials, repairing displays and equipment, performing store display resets, potentially supervising temporary staff, conducting store surveys, taking photos of displays, and submitting required records. Must be able to travel daily among customer stores, read and execute plan-o-grams, and use Word, Excel, and Windows. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills are required. The role is hourly with pay typically $19-20 per hour, with a company car and corporate gas card provided. Education preferred is high school diploma or equivalent; two years of field service or merchandising experience is preferred. Expected to work around 40 hours per week with a flexible schedule, and occasional overnight stays may be required to service the territory.
