Job Summary
Store Sales Representative needed to provide merchandising services and on-site customer support across assigned Ohio stores. Responsibilities include traveling between customer locations to execute plan-o-grams, manage inventory, place orders, down-stock products, repair displays and equipment, perform store display resets, potentially supervise temporary staff, conduct store surveys, capture photos of displays, and maintain required records. Must regularly travel to stores (often with overnight stays) and be proficient with Word, Excel, and Windows. Strong interpersonal and communication skills are essential to maintain customer relationships, along with the ability to lift up to 50 pounds and operate in a field-service retail environment. Compensation is hourly, typically $18-$20 per hour, with a car allowance and gas card; benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, retirement plan, stock purchase plan, and paid weekly/daily payroll options.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years field service or merchandising experience preferred
- Ability to read & execute store plan-o-grams
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Windows
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
