Job Summary
Store Sales Representative provides on-site merchandising services and customer support at multiple store locations within the territory. Responsibilities include ensuring displays are set to plan-o-grams, monitoring inventory, placing orders, performing store resets, completing store surveys, and taking photos of displays. The role involves regular travel to customer stores, use of Word/Excel/Windows, lifting up to 50 pounds, and maintaining timely records and receipts. Compensation is hourly ($18-$20) with an approximate 40-hour workweek, plus benefits and a car allowance.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Two years field service or merchandising experience preferred
- Able to read & execute store plan-o-grams
- Able to travel regularly to store locations
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Able to lift/carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Proficiency with Word, Excel, and Windows
