Job Summary
Store Sales Representative needed to provide merchandising services and on-site customer support across multiple Kentucky stores for Hillman Group. Responsibilities include traveling to customer locations to ensure displays are set to plan-o-grams, maintaining inventory levels, placing orders, down-stocking, removing defective products, repairing displays and equipment, performing store display resets, guiding temporary staff during resets, conducting store surveys, taking display photos, completing service sheets, and submitting time/receipts in accordance with company procedures. Requires regular travel to store locations, occasional overnight stays, proficiency with Word/Excel/Windows, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, and the ability to lift up to 50 pounds. Education requirement is high school diploma or equivalent; two years of field service or merchandising experience preferred. Competitive hourly pay ($18-$20/hour), car allowance, benefits, and flexible schedule offered.
Required Qualifications
- Two years field service or merchandising experience preferred
- Able to read & execute store plan-o-grams
- Ability to regularly travel to and among store locations, with occasional overnight stays
- Maintains valid driver’s license and a driver record acceptable under Hillman’s Vehicle Policy
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
- Competencies – Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities including strong interpersonal and communication skills
