Job Summary
Store Sales Representative provides merchandising services and on-site customer support at customer locations within the territory, traveling to multiple stores to ensure prescribed service programs and customer relationships are maintained. Responsibilities include ensuring displays are set to plan-o-grams, assessing inventory, placing orders, down-stocking, removing defective product, placing POP materials, repairing displays and equipment, performing store display resets, and conducting store surveys (including taking photos) while following company policies and time-recording procedures. The role may involve directing temporary staff for resets. Compensation is hourly ($19-20) with a company car and corporate gas card, and benefits include health/dental/vision, PTO, holidays, retirement plan, stock purchase, and weekly/daily pay options. Education level preferred is high school diploma or equivalent; two years of field service or merchandising experience is preferred. Travel is required within the territory, with potential overnight stays.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; college courses preferred
- Two years field service or merchandising experience preferred, ideally in a large-scale retail environment
- Able to read and execute store plan-o-grams efficiently
- Proficient with Word, Excel, and Windows
- Able to regularly travel to and among store locations, with occasional overnight stays as required
- Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
- Able to lift and carry up to 50 pounds occasionally
