Job Summary
Store Sales Operator responsible for engaging customers, understanding needs, and driving sales in a stationery retailer environment. Must demonstrate strong sales orientation, customer focus, and the ability to listen and respond to customer needs. Experience in specialized retail or knowledge of stationery/office products is preferred. The role emphasizes teamwork, effective communication, and a results-driven mindset to meet sales targets. Availability for rotating schedules, including weekends and holidays, is required. A high school diploma is required. Passion for pens, notebooks, books, games, and the note! product universe will help in connecting with customers and conveying product value.
