Job Summary
Lead Mattress Firm's vision and sales performance goals by holding associates accountable for in-store merchandising, selling programs, and omni-channel execution. Conduct one-on-one meetings to understand team motivations, develop bio books, and execute 30-60-90-day check-ins for new hires. Manage workforce activities including scheduling, punch reconciliation, and policy compliance while ensuring brand representation. Achieve financial targets through effective customer service, product knowledge training, and coaching to address skill gaps. Execute opening/closing procedures, manage inventory levels, conduct stock research, and monitor cash handling and invoicing policies. Partner with leadership on staffing changes, social media strategy, and competitive analysis.
