Job Summary
Lead clinic operations by overseeing daily scheduling, managing medical inventory, and coaching Patient Care Coordinators to maximize revenue through CRM initiatives and cross-sell strategies. Drive sales success by contributing to individual targets while mentoring staff to achieve performance goals and uphold brand standards. Recruit, train, and mentor clinicians to foster a collaborative team environment focused on exceptional patient satisfaction and seamless service delivery. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays at our Henderson location. Earn a base salary between $80,000 and $115,000 plus revenue shares based on clinic performance.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries
- proven success in consultative sales

- Flexible to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
