Job Summary
Lead clinic operations by overseeing daily scheduling, managing medical inventory, and coaching Patient Care Coordinators to maximize revenue through cross-sell and upsell strategies. Monitor patient satisfaction metrics, recruit and mentor staff, and ensure adherence to brand standards while collaborating with regional directors on budgeting and staffing goals. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays at the Sherman Oaks location with a base salary of $80,000 to $115,000 plus performance-based revenue shares.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries
