Job Summary
Drive store revenue and profitability by setting sales goals, KPIs, and conversion targets while monitoring key financial metrics including labor, shrink, and expenses. Lead a team of 10+ employees through hiring, onboarding, scheduling, coaching, and performance evaluations to foster a service-first culture. Ensure full compliance with safety procedures and maintain visual merchandising standards aligned with brand directives. Partner with district and visual merchandising leaders to execute corporate initiatives and adapt staffing based on business trends. Full-time availability required including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- 3+ years of proven ability to lead and motivate high-performing teams
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Demonstrated ability to interpret data and take action to improve results
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and point-of-sale (POS) systems
- Strong retail and visual merchandising acumen
- Ability to bend, twist, stoop, and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to lift/carry materials up to 30 lbs, with or without reasonable accommodations
- Full-time availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed to support business operations and peak periods
