Job Summary
Lead clinic operations by coaching Patient Care Coordinators to maximize revenue, overseeing daily scheduling, and managing medical inventory and equipment. Drive sales success through CRM initiatives, cross-sell strategies, and direct sales contributions while monitoring patient satisfaction metrics. Recruit, train, and mentor staff to foster a collaborative environment that meets brand standards and operational excellence. Collaborate with regional teams on staffing and budgeting, and build relationships with local businesses to enhance community engagement. Work evenings, weekends, and holidays at the Williamsburg location with a base salary of $80,000 to $115,000 plus revenue shares.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Bachelor's Degree preferred
- 3+ years of leadership in high-end B2C retail or high-touch service industries
- Proven success in consultative sales
- Team management
- Proficiency in Google Suite
- Proficiency in CRM systems
- Proficiency in data analysis
- Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
