Job Summary
Store Sales role focused on delivering a positive shopping experience through customer-focused interactions, achieving personal/store sales targets, and maintaining accurate pricing and presentation of the assigned section. Responsibilities include assisting customers with information, applying product knowledge to promote value-added offerings, participating in seasonal campaigns, contributing to planograms and displays, maintaining store appearance and inventory accuracy, and adhering to safety and company policies. Requires bilingual Arabic & English communication, basic POS skills, and flexibility to work shifts including weekends and peak seasons. The role emphasizes customer service, merchandising, inventory management, and collaboration with store management to identify opportunities for improvement.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or higher; Diploma/bachelor’s degree preferred.
- 0–2 years of retail sales or customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills in Arabic & English.
- Basic numerical, computer, and POS system skills.
- Flexibility to work shifts, weekends, and peak seasons.
