Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service by understanding customer needs and recommending the right products and solutions. Assist retail and contractor customers with product selection, color matching, and order processing. Mix, tint, and match paint products according to customer specifications. Process customer orders and payments through phone, in-person, online, and email channels. Load, drive, and deliver customer orders via company vehicle. Safely handle, load, unload, and organize products for stocking and order fulfillment. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized store environment. Support daily store operations and team priorities as needed. This role supports the US Commercial team in delivering an exceptional customer experience in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Valid driver's license
- Must pass all background items and physical
- Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. without employment-based visa sponsorship (now or in the future). This includes H-1B, L-1, TN, O-1, E-3, H-1B1, F-1, J-1, OPT, CPT or any other employment-based visas.
Desired Qualifications
- Customer service experience preferred with a team-focused approach
- Strong communication skills and ability to work with customers in a professional manner
- Ability to use a computer and keyboard for order processing and customer support
- Ability to work scheduled hours as needed, including flexibility based on business needs
- Ability to lift up to 80 pounds occasionally and 40–60 pounds routinely, including standing, lifting, carrying, reaching, stooping, kneeling, and crouching
- Ability to operate a hand truck and/or material handling equipment
- Strong customer service skills and a customer-first mindset
- Attention to detail and accuracy in daily tasks
- Dependability and strong time management skills
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Willingness to learn, support the team, and deliver a positive customer experience
