Job Summary
Greet and assess needs of wholesale and retail customers, offering solutions and developing relationships. Mix, tint, and match paint to customer requests while recommending additional products. Safely move, load, and unload products for stocking, delivery, and order processing. Ensure the store remains clean and stocked. Process orders and payments received in-person, by phone, online, and email using the POS system. May make local deliveries using the company vehicle. Report to the Store Manager. Full-time day shift hours Monday through Friday from 7:00am to 5:00pm, Saturday from 8:00am to 12:00pm, with Sunday closed. Starting pay is $16.00 to $17.00 per hour.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid driver's license in the state of current residence with no restrictions and an acceptable driving record
- Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus and stable job history
- Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime
- Can stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly
