Job Summary
Store Sales Associate role responsible for assisting customers, making product recommendations, tinting and color matching paint to meet customer specifications, processing orders and payments via multiple channels, and supporting store and warehouse operations. Requires customer service skills, ability to lift up to 80 pounds, valid driver’s license, and flexible retail hours. Position is full-time with a day shift schedule in a retail environment in West Palm Beach, FL.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based
- Satisfactory driving record to drive for the company and deliver products
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly
- Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus
- Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends, holidays, and possible overtime
- Ability to perform duties independently with minimal supervision and follow written and verbal instructions
