Job Summary
Part-time Store Sales Associate in Universal City, TX engaging with customers to help select products for painting projects. Responsibilities include customer service, product recommendations, tinting and color matching, processing orders and payments via phone, in person, online, and email, loading/unloading products for stocking and order fulfillment, and supporting general store operations. Requires the ability to lift up to 80 pounds, a valid driver’s license, and availability to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays. The role is with The Pittsburgh Paints Company and emphasizes customer engagement and product knowledge in a retail setting.
Required Qualifications
- Must be at least 18 years of age
- Customer service skills with a team-oriented focus
- Must have a valid, unrestricted driver’s license issued by the state in which the position is based, along with a satisfactory driving record, in order to drive for the company and deliver products as necessary
- Ability to stoop, kneel, crouch, lift and carry up to 80 pounds periodically and 50 pounds regularly
- Available to work flexible retail hours including evenings, weekends and holidays
