Job Summary
Greet all customers, build relationships, and source accurate parts by picking correct items from behind the counter. Assist in resolving retail issues and ensure every customer receives a positive experience. Maintain store cleanliness and help with receiving and stocking merchandise. This role requires standing and walking for the entire shift, moving up to 60 pounds of merchandise, and operating the point-of-sale system. NAPA values a healthy work-life balance while reaching sales goals.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds
- Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Valid Driver's License required for some locations based on store needs
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License preferred
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- GED preferred
- Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated
