Job Summary
Greet all customers, build relationships, and pick correct parts from behind the counter to ensure a good experience. Assist in resolving retail issues, receive, and stock merchandise while maintaining store cleanliness. Stand and walk for the entire shift, moving merchandise up to 60 pounds. This seasonal position at NAPA Auto Parts focuses on people-centric sales, where understanding customer needs drives accurate sourcing and positive interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Ability to stand and walk for entire work shift
- Capable of moving merchandise of up to 60 pounds
- Ability to move heavy equipment using moving aids
- Ability to speak clearly and listen attentively
- Valid Driver's License required for some locations based on store needs
Desired Qualifications
- Valid Driver's License preferred
- Previous retail sales experience preferred
- GED preferred
- Capable of operating point-of-sale system and cataloging
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy as well as ability to multi-task and is self-motivated
