Job Summary
Lead and motivate a team of sales associates, schedule tasks, conduct evaluations, and assist in training to foster a positive work environment. Deliver exceptional customer service with product knowledge, resolve issues, and maintain a clean, organized sales floor. Drive sales by actively engaging with customers, meeting targets, and identifying opportunities for improvement. Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus
- Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
