Job Summary
Store Sales Associate Lead responsible for supervising and motivating a team of sales associates, delivering exceptional customer service, driving sales to hit targets, and maintaining organized store operations. Leads training and performance evaluations, assists with scheduling, inventory management, pricing and merchandising, and collaborates with the store manager on strategies to enhance sales and customer satisfaction. Requires leadership ability, strong communication, customer-focused mindset, and the capability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Required Qualifications

- Proven experience in a retail sales role with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
