Job Summary
Lead a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service, drive sales, and manage inventory in a Tulsa retail store. Responsibilities include supervising and motivating staff, scheduling tasks, conducting performance evaluations, training new employees, greeting and assisting customers, sharing product knowledge, resolving complaints, maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, achieving individual and team sales targets, monitoring trends, collaborating with the store manager on strategies, and assisting with receiving, organizing, and labeling merchandise.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in retail management is a plus
- Proven experience in a retail sales role, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills and the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with point-of-sale systems
