Job Summary
Store Sales Associate at Daiso responsible for greeting customers, providing product knowledge, promoting sales, maintaining displays, handling transactions, and supporting store operations. Must assist with inventory, merchandising, and back-stock organization; comfortable with a fast-paced environment; requires strong communication, teamwork, reliability, and flexibility to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays. Demonstrates brand enthusiasm and creates a welcoming shopping experience while delivering excellent customer service and assisting customers with inquiries and promotions.
Required Qualifications
- Preferred experience in Retail Sales Associate role or similar
- Familiarity with inventory stocking procedures
- Basic numerical aptitude for handling transactions and pricing
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with a team
- Strong communication and customer-service orientation
- Flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
- Physical ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
