Job Summary
Store Sales Associate in Banbridge for Crocs. Deliver exceptional customer service using the C.H.A.R.M. service model, educate customers about products, support multiple store departments (consumer service, product knowledge, placement, visual presentation, stock room management), and assist in daily retail operations (POS, stock replenishment, pricing/markdowns, promotions, loyalty programs, cleanliness). Lead by example to help improve personal KPIs through sales-driven techniques and uphold Asset Protection procedures.
