Job Summary
Provide professional, upbeat customer service and consult clients on premium skincare, tanning, and wellness services. Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales goals while maintaining a clean, organized salon environment. Manage all day-to-day salon operations including labor control, staff hiring, development, and retention. Complete daily business tasks and operational responsibilities. This role requires high school diploma, proven customer experience, and one or more years of management leadership experience. Flexible availability including nights and weekends is essential.
Required Qualifications

- Reliable transportation
